About this team

What this team is responsible for.

Replacement care is delivered by more people than the surgeon a patient meets first. These are the clinical design, nursing, navigation, laboratory and quality professionals whose work sits behind every documented plan.

Five disciplines, one plan

Clinical care, plate technology, patient services, nursing and laboratory quality each own a defined part of a replacement plan. The documented plan is the shared object: every discipline reads it, and each records its own decisions within it.

Boundaries are explicit

Design Specialists do not determine candidacy. Coordinators do not answer clinical questions. Laboratory personnel do not interpret research independently. These boundaries are treated as institutional requirements rather than as habits, and they are the reason a patient always knows who is answering.
