What the service is
Private Client Services is the Institute's practice for clients whose plans involve commissioned design, precious materials, stone setting or a collection built over years. It provides one named coordinator, direct scheduling, extended consultation time and continuity of the same clinical and design team across every visit.
Discretion as a standard
Scheduling outside standard hours, private arrival and recovery arrangements, restricted access to the record within the Institute, and correspondence sent only where the client directs. Nothing about a client's care is confirmed to anyone — including family — without written authorization.
How commissioned work is handled
The clinical plan is established first and is never altered to accommodate a design idea. Within it, the Studio works on material selection, stone setting, engraving and finish, presenting options against the compatibility review rather than a catalogue. Lead times run months rather than weeks.
What it does not change
Candidacy, clinical judgement and the standards applied to a plan are identical to those applied to every other patient. The service buys time, access, discretion and design range. It does not buy a different clinical answer, and a client who is not an appropriate candidate is told so.
