An interchangeable system, not an unrestricted accessory
MagnePlate is planned as a registered clinical system. A permanent interface supports external plates that have been documented as compatible with the patient’s specific system and design record.
Why patients consider MagnePlate
Patients may value the ability to use more than one approved external plate, transition among restrained surface styles or preserve future design flexibility. The consultation also addresses the responsibilities that come with an interchangeable system.
System planning comes first
Candidacy, interface planning and long-term support are established before an external collection is designed. The number or style of plates a patient hopes to use does not replace the clinical evaluation.
A registered plate collection
Compatible plates are recorded to the patient’s system and maintained in the MyAREOLA design history. Everyday, formal, minimal and custom-studio directions may be considered when appropriate.
Daily life and handling
The care team provides individualized guidance for wearing, changing, storing and caring for registered external plates. Patient-facing web content remains general and does not replace system-specific instruction.
Compatibility over time
New external plates require verification against the registered interface and current clinical plan. Patients should not assume that an unregistered plate, older model or another person’s component is compatible.
Magnetic-system follow-up
Annual Plate Checks include review of the registered interface, external plate collection, daily experience and any changes that should be evaluated by the clinical or materials team.
