Everyday care is simple
For most established patients, ordinary washing with mild soap and water, gentle drying and avoiding abrasive products is the whole of daily care. Elaborate cleaning routines are unnecessary and, for some finishes, actively unhelpful.
Finish matters
Polished, satin, brushed, bead-blasted and antiqued surfaces respond differently to cleaning products and to friction. Your care guidance is specific to the material and finish in your plan, which is one reason AREOLA keeps that information in your registered record.
Interchangeable systems

When to ask
Persistent irritation, changes in the skin around the site, or a surface that looks different from how it looked before are worth a call rather than a new cleaning product. Care teams would rather adjust guidance early than treat an irritation later.
