The written agreement
Before a date is held, the client receives a financial agreement identifying every component, what is included, what is quoted separately, the deposit, the payment schedule and the terms if a date is changed or the plan does not proceed. Nothing is scheduled before that agreement is reviewed and signed.
Deposits
A deposit accompanies scheduling and is credited against the total. For commissioned and gem-set work a materials deposit is taken separately at the point the Studio begins procurement, because those materials are bought for one client and cannot be returned to stock.
Schedule and methods
The balance is due before the procedure date. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card or certified funds; the Institute does not accept cash for procedure balances. Scheduled payment arrangements are available and are agreed in writing rather than informally.
Changes and cancellation
Dates can be moved, and the agreement sets out the notice period after which a portion of the deposit is retained to cover reserved clinical and laboratory time. Materials deposits on commissioned work are not refundable once procurement has begun, which is stated plainly before it does.
Content is reviewed with the relevant clinical, nursing, materials or administrative department before publication.
