01

What an estimate covers

An estimate itemizes the professional, facility, system and follow-up components, and states its own assumptions: the pathway under discussion, the system being considered, the finish and any commissioned work. It is prepared at no charge after the planning conversation.

02

What changes it

A change to the plan, the system, the material or the design changes the estimate. Precious-metal and stone components are quoted against market pricing at the time of procurement and are reconfirmed before a materials deposit is taken.

03

What it is not

An estimate is a reasoned projection, not a bill or a fixed quotation. Where a figure is genuinely uncertain — as it is for commissioned work at the concept stage — the estimate says so and gives a range rather than a false precision.
