01

Correspondence goes where you direct it

Statements and financial correspondence are sent only to the address, email or representative the client nominates in writing. The Institute does not send financial correspondence to a household address by default, and it does not use identifying descriptions of care on an envelope.

02

What appears on a statement

Statements identify AREOLA Institute and the components billed. They do not describe the procedure, the system, the design or any clinical detail. Clients who need a more discreet descriptor for a bank record should raise it with their coordinator before the first payment.

03

Third parties

AREOLA does not confirm the existence of a client relationship to anyone — including a spouse, a family member, an employer or an adviser — without specific written authorization, and an authorization can be limited to the financial record alone.

04

Retention

Financial records are retained as the Institute's obligations require and are held separately from the clinical record, with access limited to Private Client Services and finance personnel who need it.
