The institution

The AREOLA Institute is a national multidisciplinary specialty institute and regional care network, headquartered in Philadelphia. The first dedicated program was established in 1999 and the institute was formally organized in 2005.

Twenty-seven years of specialized care; nine national and regional centers; 38 replacement specialists; more than 50,000 procedures completed; approximately 6,800 patients served annually; 1,240 employees; 62 active research programs across eight research departments.
