Program structure.

No official room block

Attendees select and book lodging directly. AREOLA may provide general planning information but does not guarantee rate, availability, accessibility features or reservation terms.

Build around the program

Thursday registration opens before the first plenary; Friday programming concludes in the late afternoon. Faculty receive assignment-specific arrival information.

Registered attendees can contact Symposium Attendee Services for venue access, program questions and general local orientation.

Arrival

Plan to arrive Wednesday evening for Thursday’s 8:00 a.m. registration. Faculty follow assignment-specific call times.

Lodging areas

Center City and Rittenhouse provide the most direct access; University City may suit attendees combining the meeting with institutional visits.

Venue access

The National Center entrance, registration desk and all published session rooms are step-free. Request additional support in advance.

Attendee Services

Program and access questions are handled by Symposium Attendee Services. Reservations remain between the attendee and provider.
