Program purpose

What this pathway is designed to develop.

Symposium Faculty includes everyone with an assigned educational role: program chairs, session moderators, panelists, abstract discussants and workshop leads. It is broader than the Featured Speakers page and makes each person’s teaching responsibility visible.

01

Learning domains.

01

Clinical faculty

Replacement, elective, revision and magnetic-systems physicians responsible for case-based clinical discussion.

02

Nursing & patient experience

Educators connecting recovery, patient teaching, navigation and outcomes to the clinical program.

03

Materials & quality

Scientists, engineers and quality leaders presenting governed institutional observations.

04

Design & human factors

Faculty addressing design communication, documentation, system handling and shared decisions.

02

Program structure.

Faculty selection

The Program Committee selects faculty for subject responsibility, teaching ability, current role and absence or management of relevant conflicts.

Role transparency

Listings identify the session responsibility rather than treating all faculty as keynote speakers or independent authorities outside their discipline.

Content review

Faculty materials are reviewed for scope, confidentiality, balanced presentation and consistency with research and clinical-governance requirements.
